Christine’s idea turned into a 400-page cookbook! In collaboration with locals, Peter Kuruvita from the Noosa Heads restaurant, Alba by Kuruvita, and Jonette Wilton from the Noosa publishing house, Sunday Press, the team gathered traditional Sri Lankan recipes from villages across Sri Lanka, as well as some from selected guest chefs across Australia, to produce this 400-page bible of local cuisine.
Books will be available to purchase on the day or can be bought online here.
If ordered before 24 June, you will go in the draw to win a trip for two to Sri Lanka plus five nights of boutique accommodation from Taru Villas.
