Fino, our featured supplier at Alba Providore has spent many years researching, travelling and tasting, scouring the globe (and close to home) to find the oldest cheesemakers in Italy and the man who makes Shoyu for the Emperor of Japan, and deliver their products to you.

We have a selection of Cloth Ashed Maffra, Charleston Jersey Brie, Persian Feta, Pygana Cheddar, King River Gold, Milawa Camembert, Milawa Blue & Grana Padano. This will be paired with the chicken, leek & truffle terrine, crackers, our sourdough & fino olives.
